Communicating Effectively with Remote Teams

This training course was developed to address several communication issues among transitioning remote employees. Among these issues were a lack of clear expectations among team members, misalignment and miscommunication, and information overload. For this reason, our goal was to develop a remote workplace communication training course that would provide employees with the skills necessary to establish clear expectations, seek clarification, and use concise written communication.
