About Me

I'm Sabrina, a passionate instructional designer dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences. With a firm belief in goal setting, continuous improvement, self-growth, and data-driven methods, I strive to design effective and engaging instructor-led training and e-learning solutions.

Before becoming an instructional designer, I served seven years as a public school science teacher. Although I found the work to be meaningful and impactful, I discovered that my true passion lies in the design and development process, and not within the walls of a traditional classroom. Fortunately, through my experience in the classroom I was able to develop a  plethora of skills that I can leverage to become an exceptional ID. I have spent years conducting needs analyses, analyzing assessment data, developing curriculum, designing microlearning, and creating engaging blended learning.

My journey as an instructional designer is rooted in a deep appreciation for the power of education and its ability to transform lives. I approach every project with a steadfast resolve, embracing new challenges as opportunities for growth. I am driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to continuously enhance my skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of instructional design.
